Panelists at the ANDE Conference shared key needs of the SGB sector in the Post Covid-19 reality, which includes resilience funding that is flexible and designed to meet immediate needs and adaptation to e-commerce and digitalization. To address these needs, we need to move beyond transactional partnerships to transformational partnerships that bring unlikely collaborators on board.

To honor Anna, NESsT is establishing the Anna Horvath Women’s Social Entrepreneurship Award, an annual award that will be given to a social entrepreneur for their work to advance women. Through this award, the legacy of Anna’s tireless commitment to the empowerment of women will live on.

Nearly 1 in 5 young people in Poland are not in employment, education or training. At the same time, employers report difficulty recruiting for the rapidly growing business service and IT outsourcing industry.

After nearly 20 years of developing social enterprises, our work and our strategy have evolved to encompass so much more than what we ever had envisioned when NESsT started. Today, we turn our sights to an even loftier goal. We are committing to providing jobs and income to lift 50,000 people out of poverty in the next five years so that they too have opportunities for dignified lives.
